on your bar? Not the hard to find stuff. The bottles that are, at least, fairly
readily available and, hopefully, replaceable when emptied?

I like to keep a mix of rare and ever day bottles so here's my list: Pappy 15, GTS, ECBP, Weller 12 or OWA and Saz 6

The one thing I like to do is have a good mix. I like when someone comes to my house and doesn't really know bourbon, I then have a great mix to try many different extremes.

ETL all the time. I have pretty much amassed a collection so I never run out.
Eagle Rare 10yr (hard to beat for the price) and/or Baby Saz
At least one wheat: Weller Antique or Special Reserve
Something barrel strength: Stagg Jr.
Finally something that is a typical shelf bourbon: BT, 1792, Four Roses Small Batch, etc.

I'm enjoying the barrel strengths on the market. Finally found a Elijah Craig Barrel Proof so
I can do a side-by-side with Stagg, Jr.

Mix it up a lot. But I like to find something rare, depending on the time of year. I have had Blade and Bow, one of the Orphan Barrels, Jefferson Reserve Ocean. So 1 bottle of something unique. Then I go with Wild Turkey Rare Breed or Kentucky Spirit. Then one bottle of Bookers/Bakers/Basil Hayden. Then I go with a bottle of Blanton's. And I love to keep Stagg Jr or Old Scout. I know, it is a complicated list. But it breaks down pretty simple. Blantons as a go to. Then one higher end, unique buy. Then one Jim Beam product. Then a WT product. And then finally one of the spicier Bourbons (Stagg Jr and Old Scout).

Shoot. This is, like, a year old. Maybe I don't change as much as I thought? I have 10 open,
but these are still 5 of them. Just bought a case of the Colonel. Have about 5 Juniors kicking arond.
